Agreement to these terms
These Terms of Service govern access to ai-visibility.best, including free scans, reports, tools, accounts, subscriptions, and related services. By using the service, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy.
You must be at least 18 years old, have reached the age of legal majority where you live, or use the service through an organization authorized to enter this agreement. If you use the service for an organization, you represent that you have authority to accept these terms for it.
The service
ai-visibility.best provides AI visibility monitoring and page-readiness tools. Features may include buyer-prompt checks, AI answer evidence, competitor detection, source-gap analysis, AEO audits, llms.txt generation, fix recommendations, reports, and retesting.
AI systems are nondeterministic. Results can change by model, platform, account state, location, retrieval system, prompt wording, and time. The service provides observational evidence and recommendations, not guaranteed rankings, citations, traffic, revenue, or AI recommendations.
Accounts and access
You must provide accurate account information and protect sign-in links, connected accounts, devices, and exported reports. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless caused by our failure to use reasonable security measures.
We may require email verification, passwordless links, or third-party sign-in. You must not share single-use sign-in links or attempt to access another user's account.
Acceptable use
You may not:
- Use the service for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or harmful activity.
- Submit credentials, confidential customer records, children's data, sensitive personal data, or information you are not authorized to process.
- Attempt to bypass scan limits, payment controls, access restrictions, or security measures.
- Interfere with availability, introduce malicious code, or probe systems without written authorization.
- Resell, scrape, or reproduce substantial parts of the service or reports as a competing product without permission.
- Misrepresent generated findings as guaranteed, independently audited, or endorsed by an AI platform.
- Use automated access beyond documented interfaces or limits.
Website scans and third-party content
You may scan public URLs when you have a lawful reason to do so. Reports may contain excerpts, links, brand names, or observations derived from public pages and third-party AI responses. Those materials remain subject to their respective owners' rights and terms.
You are responsible for reviewing recommendations before publishing code, schema, copy, outreach, or other changes. Generated fixes may require technical, editorial, legal, security, or brand review.
You remain responsible for decisions made from reports and for confirming that generated content, code, structured data, claims, or outreach is accurate, lawful, and appropriate for your business.
Pricing, subscriptions, and renewal
Current prices and plan terms are displayed on the Pricing page and at checkout. The service may offer a free scan, a limited-duration paid unlock, and recurring plans.
Where checkout states that a $1 unlock continues as Growth at $79 per month after 24 hours unless canceled, completing checkout authorizes that disclosed renewal. Review the renewal time, amount, and cancellation path before purchase.
Other plans renew at the interval shown at checkout. Taxes, currency conversion, and payment-provider fees may apply.
You may cancel before the next renewal through available billing settings or by contacting support. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically erase account data.
If a payment fails, is reversed, or becomes overdue, we may limit paid features until the account is brought current. Prices and plan features may change for future billing periods after reasonable notice where required.
Refunds
Any refund promise shown at checkout or on the Pricing page applies according to its displayed conditions. To request a refund, contact support@ai-visibility.best with the account email and transaction details. Refunds may be denied for fraud, repeated abuse, chargeback misuse, or use outside the stated conditions.
Intellectual property and submitted information
The ai-visibility.best product, interface, code, branding, and original site content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms give you a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the service for internal business purposes.
You retain rights in information you submit. You grant us the limited rights necessary to process it, provide scans and reports, maintain and secure the service, and comply with law.
Feedback may be used to improve the service without restriction or compensation, provided we do not publicly identify you or disclose confidential information without permission.
Third-party services
The service depends on AI providers, hosting, databases, authentication, analytics, email, crawling, and payment services. Third-party services may change, become unavailable, or return inaccurate information. Their separate terms and privacy policies apply.
Availability and changes
We may add, remove, or modify features, limits, providers, and plans. We aim to avoid unnecessary disruption but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or permanent support for every AI platform or integration.
Suspension and termination
You may stop using the service at any time and may request account deletion under the Privacy Policy. Subscription cancellation and account deletion are separate actions.
We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, unlawful use, abuse, security risk, non-payment, or conduct that could harm the service or others. Where practical and lawful, we will provide notice and an opportunity to correct the issue.
Provisions that should survive termination, including payment obligations, intellectual property, disclaimers, liability limits, indemnity, and dispute terms, remain effective.
Disclaimers
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that reports are complete, error-free, current, or suitable as the sole basis for marketing, legal, financial, security, or technical decisions.
No legitimate AI visibility service can guarantee that an AI platform will mention, cite, rank, or recommend a product.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ai-visibility.best and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, lost opportunities, or decisions based on changing AI outputs.
Where liability cannot be excluded, total liability arising from the service will not exceed the amount you paid to ai-visibility.best during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limits, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend and indemnify the operator of ai-visibility.best against third-party claims, losses, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use, unauthorized data submissions, violation of another party's rights, or material breach of these terms. This obligation does not apply to claims caused by the operator's own unlawful conduct.
Governing law and disputes
The project materials do not currently identify a verified governing jurisdiction or registered operator address. Until those details are confirmed, applicable mandatory law and competent courts will be determined by the facts of the relationship and any non-waivable consumer or business protections.
Before starting formal proceedings, the parties should attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute by contacting support@ai-visibility.best with a description of the issue and requested resolution, unless urgent relief or applicable law makes informal resolution inappropriate.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service or legal requirements change. The revision date appears at the top. Material changes may be communicated through the product or by email. Continued use after updated terms take effect constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
