The fastest way to reach us
Email support@ai-visibility.best. This is the primary contact for product support, account access, billing, privacy requests, partnerships, and general questions.
To help us investigate quickly, include the email connected to your account and any relevant project, scan, report, payment, or page URL. Do not send passwords, full payment-card numbers, authentication tokens, or confidential customer data.
Product and report support
Contact support when:
- A scan or report does not finish or appears incomplete.
- A detected brand, competitor, source, or recommendation looks incorrect.
- You cannot access a purchased report, project, or account.
- You need help understanding the evidence or limitations behind a result.
AI answers can vary by platform, prompt, location, account state, retrieval system, and time. When reporting a result difference, include the exact prompt, platform, approximate time, and a screenshot or copied answer when possible.
Billing, cancellation, and refunds
For billing help, include the account email, payment date, amount, and the last four characters or transaction reference supplied by the payment provider. Never email a complete card number.
You can also review the Pricing page and Terms of Service for renewal, cancellation, and refund information.
Privacy and legal requests
For access, correction, export, or deletion requests, use the subject line Privacy request and contact us from the relevant account email when possible. We may ask for additional information to verify the request.
Read the Privacy Policy for the categories of information handled by the service.
Product feedback and partnerships
Specific feedback is most useful. Tell us what you were trying to learn, what evidence was missing, and what decision the report did not help you make.
For integration, research, or content partnerships, include your audience, website or channel, intended promotion, and why ai-visibility.best is relevant to them.
Public channels
Follow product progress on X, GitHub, and the public changelog. Do not use public channels for account, payment, or privacy information.
